Responsibilities

• Lead sales and operations for the branch and ensure safety and quality management.
• Develop staff through hiring, evaluation, coaching, and progressive discipline when needed.
• Maintain inventory control and 98% SKU accuracy.
• Oversee shipping/receiving, product selection, pricing, and margins.
• Administer warranty policies and handle claims/dispositions.
• Enhance customer relationships and overall customer experience.
• Other duties as directed.
