Job summary

Commercial Kitchen Parts & Service, a leading Texas kitchen equipment service company, seeks a Branch Manager in Houston. You will lead operations, business development, HR, administration, automation, and compliance at the branch level to drive profitability and excellent service.

Candidate should have 7+ years in service industries and 3+ years in management, with strong budgeting, leadership, and operational oversight. A valid driving record and background check are required.

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 7+ years in related service industry.
• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Driving record acceptable under auto liability insurance guidelines.
• Background Check acceptable by client standards to obtain access to various customer facilities.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and motivate branch team members to achieve goals.
• Lead interviewing, hiring, and onboarding with succession planning.
• Ensure fleet is maintained, safe, and compliant with standards.
• Conduct timely performance reviews and provide development.
• Administer disciplinary actions per policies.
• Monitor KPIs and accountability across the branch.
• Travel to client sites to address concerns and resolve issues.
• Oversee bids, estimates, proposals to ensure profitability.
• Manage P&L and operating budget, resolve issues.
• Partner with Business Development to identify new opportunities.
• Process billing, warranties, and credits accurately.
