Argent Credit Union in Chesterfield, VA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead branch operations, member service, compliance, performance, and team development. The role reports to the Senior Retail Manager and requires coverage at other branches.

Requirements include five years of branch operations and member experience, at least three years of supervisory/management experience, and experience as a Financial Service Representative or Member Service Representative.

Qualifications

Five years of branch operations and member experience.
At least three years of branch supervisory/management experience.
Financial Service Representative and Member Service Representative experience required.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
Bilingual preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong computer and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead branch execution and daily operations along with member service, compliance, performance, and team development.
Coach and develop the Retail Team; implement strategies; monitor activity; drive growth and efficiency; maintain controls and protect staff and members.
Conduct quarterly and annual evaluations; manage corrective action; partner with Training; ensure consistent service standards across branches.
