Stephenson Equipment, Inc. (SEI) seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead the safe, efficient, customer-focused operation of an assigned Virginia branch. This role unites sales, service, parts, rental, facilities, and admin teams to deliver a strong customer experience.

You will align departments, develop leaders, manage budgets and metrics, and communicate results to executives while maintaining a safe, organized branch and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading branch operations or similar multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence cross-functionally.
• Knowledge of finance, budgets, and operational metrics is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed for the assigned branch viewer.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and accountability for branch performance, safety, customer experience, and financial results.
• Align sales, service, parts, rental, facilities, and administrative teams around priorities and goals.
• Develop department leaders, build teamwork, and foster ownership and continuous improvement.
• Review performance, identify gaps, assign corrective actions, and sustain improvements.
• Drive service execution with effective scheduling, invoicing, and job closeout.
• Support parts availability, inventory discipline, and cross-functional coordination.
• Act as the senior local point of accountability for significant customer concerns.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant branch environment.
• Communicate branch results, risks, and resource needs to executives.
