Job summary

DPR Construction, through its OES Equipment division, seeks an Assistant Branch Manager for the Richmond Mega Project site to support daily operations, inventory control, purchasing, and billing while ensuring service excellence for customers and partners.

You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams, reinforce safety and policy compliance, and help drive financial performance and operational efficiency on a high-profile project.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–4 years of experience in equipment rental, construction supply, operations management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supports branch leadership by managing daily operations and workflow execution to ensure reliable service and continuity.
• Coordinates with customers, vendors and internal teams to maintain strong business partnerships and timely service.
• Monitors inventory, asset management, purchasing, rental and sales documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Reviews business reports to support branch financial performance and improve operational efficiency.

Education

Associate’s degree in business administration, construction management, supply chain management, or a related field
