Job summary

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, seeks an Assistant Branch Manager for our Richmond Mega Project site. The role supports branch leadership, ensures reliable service, and maintains financial accuracy through strong operational discipline.

You will coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to optimize inventory, purchasing, rental and invoicing, while upholding safety and company policies. DPR emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and performance across all tasks.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business administration, construction management, supply chain management, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 2–4 years of experience in equipment rental, construction supply, operations management, or a related field required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with RentalMan (Wynne Software) preferred.
• Experience with Coupa procure-to-pay software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports branch leadership by helping manage daily operations and workflow execution to ensure reliable service and operational continuity.
• Coordinates with vendors, customers, and internal teams to maintain strong business partnerships in support of branch objectives.
• Supports branch financial performance through proactive business report review and backend operational processes to ensure financial accuracy.
