Job summary

Infuze Credit Union in Branson, MO seeks a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations and staff, ensuring quality member service and accurate account transactions. You will manage loan processes, new accounts, and policy adherence while driving cross-sell initiatives in a compliant environment.

The role requires 2–5 years of banking or branch leadership, an associate degree or equivalent certification, and eligibility to obtain Mortgage Lending and CCUFC/Certified Lending Expert

Qualifications

• Two to five years of similar or related experience in financial services or branch management.
• Associates Degree or equivalent; specialized certification/licensing required by business/trade school.
• Must obtain CCUFC Designation and Certified Lending Expert Designation within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a cross-selling environment within the branch and monitor key products and sales.
• Ensure branch compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Supervise staff to ensure high-quality member service and accurate transactions.
• Monitor branch activity including transactions, loan volume, and new accounts; assist with complex accounts/loans.
• Conduct loan interviews, process, approve and/or close loans; maintain Mortgage License Originator status.
• Maintain branch security and safety; manage facilities and equipment; train staff on security procedures.
• Schedule staff to ensure efficient operations and professional service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
