PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager in Gastonia, NC to lead daily operations, drive branch performance and enhance customer loyalty through consultative, multi-channel banking solutions.

You will coach a high-performing team, manage risk, and execute a branded sales process to hit revenue targets while fostering an inclusive, customer-focused culture. This role requires leadership, coaching, and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically do not require a university / college degree, but do require related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
• Typically 5+ years of related experience, and at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience is required.
