Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate staff to meet goals related to branch profitability, loan volume, credit quality, delinquency and expenses.
• Make loan decisions within lending limits, close consumer loans, and collect in delinquency stages while adhering to guidelines.
• Develop new business through community relationships and referrals; promote sales and service culture.
