North Coast, part of the Sonepar group, is seeking a Service Center Manager in Billings, MT. The role leads a team to meet customer requirements, builds forecasts, and develops strategy for growth across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.

You will drive top-tier service, support account managers, and manage daily operations while implementing a comprehensive Service Center plan. Ideal candidates have 5 years in the industry, 2 years in management, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years industry experience.
• 2 years management or supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Clean driving record with no major infractions within previous 3-5 years.
• Strong sales experience in both Contractor and Industrial Markets.
• Knowledge of NCE Operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, organization, and direction to build a team capable of being profitable and meeting customer requirements.
• Build forecasts and drive strategic initiatives for market share growth.
• Develop residential, commercial, and industrial customer centric strategies targeted around development and retention.
• Drive market-leading customer service with a best-in-class team of industry professionals.
• Support account managers with sales goals and customer relationships.
• Management of daily operations of the Service Center.
• Develop and implement a Service Center business plan including: sales and gross margin management, expense management, asset management, community support.
• Monitor sell and cost overrides daily.
• Collaboration of contract and pricing implementation and maintenance with O/S.
• Ensure cycle count procedures are implemented and followed.
