North Coast is seeking a Service Center Manager to lead daily operations, steer profitability, and deliver top-tier customer service across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.

You will build forecasts, drive market share growth, and develop a service-center business plan covering sales, margins, expenses, and asset management.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in the industry and 2+ years in management, with strong communication and a track record of sales leadership.

Qualifications

• 5 years Industry Experience.
• 2 years Management or Supervisory Experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Clean driving record with no major infractions within previous 3-5 years.
• Strong Sales experience in both Contractor and Industrial Markets.
• Knowledge of NCE Operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, organization, and direction to build a team capable of being profitable and meeting customer requirements.
• Build forecasts and drive strategic initiatives for market share growth.
• Develop residential, commercial, and industrial customer centric strategies targeted around development and retention.
• Drive market-leading customer service with a best-in-class team of industry professionals.
• Demonstrate strong sales leadership.
• Support account managers with sales goals and customer relationships.
• Management of daily operations of the Service Center.
• Develop and implement a Service Center business plan consisting of: sales and gross margin management, expense management, asset management, associate development, community support.
• Monitor sell and cost overrides daily.
• Collaboration of contract and pricing implementation and maintenance with O/S.
• Ensure cycle count procedures are implemented and followed.
• Other duties as assigned
