NorthEast Electrical, a Sonepar company, seeks an experienced Branch Manager in Claremont, NH to lead counter and inside sales, supervise staff, and drive branch performance. You will manage expenses, inventory, and the customer experience while promoting digital tools that enhance buying journeys.

The role requires leadership, sales acumen, and strong communication to coordinate between sales teams and branch operations, with a focus on customer satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with emphasis on business and/or related knowledge.
• Minimum 3–5 years industry and product knowledge preferred.
• Strong computer skills with emphasis on Website Navigation.
• Ability to manage the work of others and drive branch sales growth.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Direct the sales activities of inside and counter sales personnel.
• Supervise and manage all branch personnel.
• Coordinate activities with outside sales and branch operations.
• Develop and maintain account base and perform calls on potential/underperforming accounts.
• Develop an annual plan and budget for the branch.
