North Coast Electric is seeking a results-driven leader to guide a service-center team and drive profitable growth across residential, commercial, and industrial markets. You will forecast, set strategies, and strengthen customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead a skilled team to deliver top-tier service, manage pricing and contracts with attention to margins, and collaborate with account managers to achieve ambitious sales goals while upholding safety and operational

Qualifications

• 5 years Industry Experience or equivalent in leadership roles.
• 2 years Management or Supervisory Experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Clean driving record with no major infractions in 3–5 years.
• Strong Sales experience in Contractor and Industrial Markets.
• Knowledge of North Coast Electric (NCE) Operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, organization, and direction to build a team capable of being profitable and meeting customer requirements.
• Build forecasts and drive strategic initiatives for market share growth.
• Develop residential, commercial, and industrial customer centric strategies for development and retention.
• Drive market-leading customer service with a best-in-class team of industry professionals.
• Demonstrate strong sales leadership and support account managers with sales goals and customer relationships.
• Manage daily operations of the Service Center and implement a comprehensive business plan.
• Collaborate on pricing and contract implementation; ensure cycles and controls are followed.
