Bankhometown in Lancaster, MA seeks a Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, drive sales and customer service excellence, and coach a diverse team. You will oversee lending activities, manage performance, and ensure compliance with bank policies while delivering strong customer relationships and community involvement.

The role requires 5–7 years in customer service/sales and supervisory experience, plus undergraduate education and local market familiarity.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree or similar course work/training.
• 5-7 years customer service experience/sales experience.
• 5-7 years supervisory experience. Must have demonstrated success in leading, coaching, managing, and motivating others.
• Prior Branch Manager experience is a plus.
• Fluency in a second language is a plus.
• Familiarity in the local market is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform duties within the scope of authority to provide high levels of customer service.
• Observe and coach the branch team to improve performance.
• Maintain open lines of communication with the branch team and ensure timely sharing of pertinent information.
• Develop, implement, and manage a detailed performance plan for the branch and its staff.
• Consistently meet or exceed branch goals and Bank objectives.
• Open and close the branch; oversee teller line, vaults, and related processes.
