Regions Bank in Tallahassee, FL is hiring a Branch Manager to lead a high performing team dedicated to improving customers’ financial wellness. The role combines leadership with sales to achieve branch goals while ensuring compliance and excellent service.

The successful candidate will manage operations, recruit and develop staff, and build relationships with clients while driving revenue and maintaining an efficient, compliant branch environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three (3) years of financial services, sales, or sales management experience.
• Expected to obtain an active Life Insurance License within first 12 months and maintain continuing education for licensing requirements.
• Ability to work on Saturday as needed.

Responsabilités

• Leads a small to moderate sized team of branch associates responsible for driving new revenue by identifying customer needs and advising Regions solutions.
• Conducts outside sales to generate new business while expanding existing banking relationships.
• Educates customers and community on Regions products, services, and digital solutions to enhance financial wellness.
• Coaches staff through iConnect process under guidance from mentors and managers.
• Ensures strong product knowledge and identifies customer needs through coaching and guidance.
