The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in financial services or sales management, and an active life insurance license within the first year. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three years of Financial Services, sales, or sales management experience.
• Active Life Insurance License within 12 months and ongoing continuing education.
• Ability to work on Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leads a branch team to drive new revenue by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• Generates new business while maintaining and expanding existing banking relationships.
• Educates customers and community about Regions products, services, and digital tools to improve financial wellness.
• Coaches staff through Regions' sales, service and coaching process with guidance from mentors.
• Provides coaching to strengthen product knowledge and customer needs identification.
• Educates and advises customers on Regions Consumer and Business products, including loans, deposits, annuities, and life insurance.
• Ensures an optimal customer experience, handling transactions as needed and supporting channel preference.
• Resolves escalated issues with guidance from leadership and HR.
• Manages recruiting and selection for the branch and maintains relationships with business partners.
