Job summary

Addition Financial is seeking a Branch Manager in Tallahassee to lead operations, coach the team, and drive member satisfaction. You will implement strategies with the Regional Director, oversee branch performance, and cultivate community relationships to promote growth.

You will guide daily operations, maintain service excellence, and manage budgeting while supporting remote work as needed. Strong leadership and credit union system knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a financial institution, retail, or service environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent mix of education and relevant experience.
• Proficiency with core banking systems and MS Office.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain branch strategies per the annual business plan.
• Foster a positive, high-performing culture and engage teammates.
• Monitor branch performance metrics (NPS, reviews, member satisfaction).
• Lead and develop the branch team to meet branch and organizational goals.
• Ensure consistent service standards across all branch locations and manage branch operations.
