Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of Financial Services, sales, or sales management experience.
• Active Life Insurance License within first 12 months and ongoing education for licensing requirements.
• Ability to work on Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leads a small team of branch associates responsible for generating new revenue by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions solutions.
• Conducts outside sales to generate new business while expanding existing banking relationships.
• Educates customers about Regions products and digital solutions to improve financial wellness.
• Coaches branch staff through Regions' Sales, Service and Coaching process with mentor support.
• Provides coaching and guidance to strengthen product knowledge and customer needs awareness.
• Advises customers on Regions consumer and business products, including loans, deposits, annuities, and life insurance.
• Ensures an optimal customer experience, handling transactions as needed and guiding customers where they want to bank.
• Resolves escalations with leadership and HR support to maintain service quality.
• Manages recruiting and selection for the branch and maintains relationships with business partners.
