Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside industrial sales is required.
• Leadership experience with team building preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and English grammar.

Responsibilities

• Lead Inside and Outside Sales team and manage P&L responsibilities.
• Drive sales development, strategic planning, and project management.
• Coach and mentor team; develop customer relationships in diverse industries.
