Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking a Branch Manager with P&L responsibility to lead our Inside and Outside Sales teams. You will drive sales development, strategic planning, and project management while coaching and mentoring staff in a dynamic industrial distribution environment.

In this on-site role, you’ll visit customers, motivate Account Managers, and manage service center activities, growth, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside industrial sales experience.
• Leadership experience with team building.
• Strong written & verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and systems.
• Problem solving, multi-tasking, sense of urgency.
• Solid computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR).
• This position is onsite; relocation not offered.
• Authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Inside and Outside Sales team with P&L responsibility.
• Develop and implement service center sales activities and strategies, account assignment and territory management.
• Hire, train, and develop high performing team players; champion leadership competencies.
• Coach Account Managers; visit and develop industrial B2B customers in the field.
• Identify new customers, market conditions, opportunities and competitive pressures.
• Maximize sales, increase margins, and expand market share.
