Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking a Branch Manager with P&L responsibility to lead both Inside and Outside Sales teams. You will drive sales growth, manage service center profitability, and coach Account Managers across a diverse industrial customer base.

In this role you will hire and develop top performers, lead product training, and implement sales programs to maximize margins and market share. A strong leadership background is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven B2B outside industrial sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Inside and Outside Sales teams with P&L responsibility.
• Develop and grow customer base across agriculture, food, aggregate, mining, manufacturing, schools, hospitals, government, and more.
• Manage service center activities including profitability and growth, sales programs, and territory management.
• Hire, train, and develop strong performing team players; champion leadership.
• Lead training for sales expertise and product knowledge; ensure high customer relations and satisfaction.
