SPEC Building Materials Corporation is a leading wholesale distributor of building materials and equipment for both commercial and residential roofing contractors.

The Manager in Training (MIT) program trains you across customer service, product lines, inventory control, logistics, and branch leadership, with a path to run a branch.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Marketing/Sales or Business, 2+ years in building materials, strong communication, and a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

• BS in Marketing/Sales or Business degree required.
• 2+ years in building materials or related industry.
• 2+ years of general work experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Valid US driver's license and clean driving record.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Learn all segments of the business through structured training.
• Potential to run a branch after training.
• Develop leadership and outside sales skills.
