SPEC Building Materials Corporation seeks a Manager in Training (MIT) to learn all facets of the business and culture, with the goal of eventually running a branch. You will undergo comprehensive training across customer service, product knowledge, inventory control, logistics, and leadership.

The program emphasizes hands-on experience, cross-functional exposure, and the opportunity to advance into a Branch Manager role after successful completion.

Qualifications

• BS in Marketing/Sales or related field.
• Two years of industry or related experience in building materials.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and able to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Complete the MIT program to learn every segment of the business.
• Develop leadership and branch-management capabilities for future roles.
• Support sales, customer service, and operations across branches.
• Participate in Inventory, Logistics, and Warehouse Management training.
