SPEC Building Materials Corporation is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to join its team in Texas. You will go through comprehensive training across customer service, counter sales, and product knowledge for residential and commercial roofing materials.

The program aims to prepare you to run a branch, with modules in inventory, logistics, and leadership. A four-year degree is preferred, along with experience in building materials and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Marketing/Sales or Business Degree preferred.
• Two years of industry experience in Building Materials or related field.
• Two years of work experience.
• Must know MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Customer Service/Counter Sales Training.
• Learn Residential and Commercial Product Training and Inventory Management.
• Gain knowledge of Logistics, Warehouse Management and Branch Manager Training.
