Job summary

SPEC Building Materials Corporation is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to join our in-person program. This role trains across all segments of the business and prepares you to lead a branch upon successful completion.

You will rotate through customer service, product training, inventory, logistics, and leadership modules, building hands-on management skills and a strong understanding of branch operations.

Qualifications

• Preferably a 4-year BS in Marketing/Sales, Business Degree.
• Two years of industry experience in Building Materials.
• Must read, speak, and write English to communicate with vendors and customers.
• Legally entitled to work in the United States and able to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive MIT program covering all business segments.
• Prepare to run a SPEC Building Materials branch after successful training.
• Develop leadership and branch management skills through structured modules.
