Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC in Augusta, GA is recruiting an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager to join our growing financial services team. You will participate in an 18–24 month on-the-job paid training program to learn branch management and be prepared to manage your own location.

You'll help customers meet their financial goals, originate new loan business, educate clients on lending services, and assist with recruiting and training to support sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn branch management through an 18-24 month paid training program.
• Assist in recruiting and training and developing plans to meet sales goals.
• Originate new loan business by consulting with customers and recommending solutions.
• Educate customers on lending services, improve credit and consolidate debt, and process loan closings.
