Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager in Georgia. The role includes a structured 18–24 month training program to grow into a Branch Manager, with relocation support upon promotion and a strong emphasis on developing sales and customer service skills.

You will actively seek loan opportunities, educate customers on lending options, and assist with loan closings, while supporting the branch’s growth and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion; relocation package provided for moves over 50 miles.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with recruitment and training and sales plans.
• Help originate new loan business by contacting customers and understanding needs.
• Educate customers on lending services and guide loan applications.
• Support branch operations, risk analysis, and loan closings.
