Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC in Summerville, SC, is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager to train 18-24 months for promotion to Branch Manager. This onsite role features a clear career path, a strong benefits package, relocation support, and performance-based bonuses.

You’ll originate loan business, educate customers on lending options, assist with applications and closings, and help drive sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing to sell voluntary insurance products. Eligibility based on a criminal background check conducted by the state’s department of insurance.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion into a Branch Manager role. Full Relocation package is provided for moves more than 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Learn all branch operations during an 18-24 month on-the-job paid training program.
• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and understanding their needs.
• Educate customers on lending services, credit improvement, and debt consolidation.
• Assist with loan applications, closings, and processing insurance claims.
• Support recruitment, training, and plans to meet sales goals; promote core values and customer experience.
