Upon successful completion, you may run your own branch. The role emphasizes entrepreneurial spirit, customer service excellence, and strong organizational skills in a full-time, in-person setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Sales, Business or equivalent.
• 2 years of industry or related experience in building materials.
• 2 years of work experience.
• Must have knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated and enthusiastic about the business.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Learn every segment of the business and culture through training modules.
• After training, run a branch with oversight and responsibility.
• Develop leadership and branch management skills.
• Engage with customers, vendors, and contractors to grow the business.
• Demonstrate ethical and reliable behavior in all tasks.
