Job summary

CarHop Auto Sales is seeking a store Manager in Tacoma, WA to lead a sales team and coordinate day-to-day operations with a view to running an owned retail location in the future.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of successful experience as supervisor/manager.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm, patient, and professional in all situations.
• Willingness to travel to other stores for coverage.

Responsibilities

• Lead yourself and team to support CarHop's vision and mission.
• Set clear sales goals and drive the team to achieve targets.
• Engage and motivate the team to meet performance expectations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and drive business through active involvement.
• Manage sales, inventory, and warranty for the branch and monitor performance.
