The ideal candidate will be a skilled multi-tasker using creative leadership to motivate staff and will be willing to travel to other locations during the week. All managers are hands-on, spending substantial time with customers in sales, and the position offers a clear path for advancement in a growing

Responsibilities

• Leading yourself and team in a way that supports CarHop's Vision and mission
• Setting a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance goals
• Engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations
• Driving the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations
• Overseeing and assist in the sales process and monitor performance and execution.
• Mentor new staff on standard methodologies for improving performance.
• Assist branch which include sales, inventory and warranty duties.
