Republic Finance in Zachary, LA is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to learn branch operations and advance to Branch Manager. You will complete an 18-24 month paid training and then lead your own team onsite.

The role focuses on originating new loan business, educating customers on lending services, processing applications, and supporting recruitment and sales goals while upholding our core values. A relocation package is offered for promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required (Business, Finance, Sales or related field).
• 1 year or more of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication and customer relations.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team setting.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Must meet background and credit history standards and pass a drug screen.
• Eligible for insurance licensing; relocation eligible for promotion.

Responsibilities
