Lendmark Financial Services LLC in Georgia is launching a Trainee program designed to develop future branch managers as the company grows. Phase I covers the basics of consumer finance and branch operations, with expectations to contribute as a producer and build merchant relationships.

Upon completing Phase I, trainees must relocate within 45 miles of multiple branch locations, may travel overnight, and pursue Phase II through demonstrated performance and required certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Relocation within 45 miles of surrounding branches and travel may be required.
• Candidates must complete both training phases and meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Learn consumer finance basics and branch operations in Phase I.
• Develop client relationships and conduct a learning production plan.
• Pass licensing requirements for non-credit products.
• Relocate upon Phase I completion and progress to Phase II.
