Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to join our growing financial services team in the United States. You will complete an 18–24 month paid training program that covers branch operations and management, then move to manage your own location as part of our career path.

The role emphasizes origination of new loan business, educating customers on lending services, and contributing to sales goals while upholding our values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must meet background checks and licensing requirements for insurance products.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion into Branch Manager role; relocation package provided for moves >50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and understanding their needs to recommend consumer loans and voluntary product solutions.
• Educate customers on lending services, improve credit, and assist through the loan application process; make payment reminder calls as needed.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and developing plans to meet sales goals while promoting core values and customer experience.
