The Restaurant Store is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and drive daily sales at our Orlando location. You will engage customers, guide product selections, and promote store programs while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail or related fields and strong communication skills. This on-site role offers benefits and opportunities to grow with the team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with CRM systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Engage in direct customer service and sales interactions for the majority of the workday, focusing on understanding customer needs and delivering accurate, timely support.
• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls by providing prompt assistance and directing inquiries as needed.
• Assist customers in locating products on the sales floor while offering informed product recommendations that align with their needs.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe equipment display section through routine upkeep.

This role is dedicated to engaging with customers for the majority of the workday to ensure quick, accurate assistance and a positive in-store experience. The Sales Associate will drive daily sales by providing product recommendations tailored to customer needs, supporting customers in locating merchandise, and promoting store programs such as memberships, warranties, and service offerings.

Physical Requirements

• Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 9 hours/day.
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
• Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
• Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
• Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management
