Altura Credit Union in Riverside, CA is seeking a Branch Manager II to lead daily branch operations, supervise staff, and ensure every Member, every time receives a warm, positive experience. You will coach and mentor the leadership team to meet production and service goals while maintaining compliance.

This role requires strong supervision, scheduling, and staff development, with a focus on member satisfaction, audits, and risk management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ supervisory experience in a financial institution.
• Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in a financial institution with knowledge of regulations, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring safety, security, and audit readiness.
• Achieve annual sales and production goals while promoting teamwork and service quality.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback; conduct reviews and administer corrective actions when needed.
• Hire, train, and schedule branch staff; ensure consistent staff development and mentorship.
• Maintain brand image and collaborate with marketing to ensure professional branch presentation.
