Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking an Associate Branch Manager III in Rancho Cucamonga to lead the teller and Member Service teams, drive exceptional member experiences, and coach staff to deliver trusted financial solutions.

As a service‑driven leader, you’ll implement strategies, supervise daily operations, and maintain regulatory compliance while promoting an inclusive culture and community impact.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Human Resources or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3+ years progressively responsible supervisory experience within a retail environment or financial institution required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional member experience on the platform and teller line; handles escalated issues.
• Directs and supervises day-to-day activities of Member Service Specialists.
• Trains and coaches staff on operational and compliance requirements.
• Creates staff schedules aligned with branch service demands.
• Assists Branch Manager with strategy, marketing, and service objectives.
• Manages human resources processes for direct reports including appraisals and development.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains knowledge of financial industry rules and anti-money laundering laws.
• Notary Public services as needed.
• Maintains branch facility appearance and coordinates inter-branch coverage.
