Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
3-5 years in consumer finance or related industry.
Effective communication, organization and sales skills required.
Experience managing staff and budgeting preferred.
Proficient with loan software, Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsabilités

Lead and motivate staff to meet branch goals across profitability, loan volume, delinquency and expenses.
Make loan decisions within established limits and manage delinquency levels.
Develop new business relationships within the community and promote products/services to meet sales targets.
Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff; oversee performance reviews and staffing needs.
Ensure high-quality client service and monitor customer satisfaction.
