Lendmark Financial Services LLC in Mechanicsville, VA is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations of a full-service branch. You will manage staff, drive loan activity, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high levels of customer service.

The role requires leadership, coaching, and performance management to meet branch goals. You will develop new business, supervise lending processes, and build relationships within the community while promoting a sales and service culture.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with 0-3 years of consumer finance or related management experience.
Effective communication, organizational and sales skills.
Personnel management and budgeting capabilities.
Proficiency with lending software and MS Office applications.

Responsabilités

Manage and motivate staff to meet goals for profitability, loan volume, delinquency and expenses.
Make loan decisions up to lending limits and handle delinquency cases per guidelines.
Develop business relationships within the community and promote sales and service culture.
Oversee hiring, training, performance reviews and staff termination as needed.
Ensure high quality client service and monitor client satisfaction.
