Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services seeks a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, lending, customer service and security at a full-service branch. The role focuses on developing new business, mentoring staff and achieving sales goals through coaching and relationship building.

You will lead staff, manage lending decisions within approved limits, and ensure client satisfaction while maintaining compliance with guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3-5 years of consumer finance or related industry experience preferred
• Personnel management and budgeting skills required
• Effective communication, organization and sales skills required
• Proficient with loan software and Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate staff to meet goals and objectives relating to branch profitability, loan volume, credit quality, delinquency and expense.
• Make loan decisions up to lending limits and collect accounts in delinquency while adhering to guidelines.
• Actively pursue business development relationships within the community and sell products to meet sales goals.
• Manage hiring, staffing, training, performance reviews and terminations; establish lending authority.
• Ensure high quality client service, assist clients with solutions, monitor client satisfaction.
• All other duties as assigned
