Job summary

You will lead, coach and motivate staff to meet profitability and loan-volume goals, develop new business in the community, manage hiring and performance, and ensure top-tier client service while following state and federal guidelines. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of consumer finance or related industry experience.
• Personnel management and budgeting skills.
• Effective communication, organization and sales abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate staff to meet goals related to branch profitability, loan volume, and customer service.
• Make loan decisions within lending limits and manage delinquency when needed.
• Develop new business by building community relationships and referrals.
• Ensure high quality client service and oversee hiring, training, and performance reviews.
