NBT is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a Tier II/III branch with a focus on exceptional customer service and sales growth. You will coach the team, drive profitability, and cultivate new business through outside calls while aligning with bank partners.

Responsibilities include staff development, account openings, loan applications, community leadership, and ensuring compliance. Travel is under 50%, a valid driver's license and NMLS certification are required or obtainable after hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent retail, retail banking, or financial services experience
• Prior sales management experience required
• Business development & outside sales experience required
• Travel less than 50%
• Driver's License required
• Reliable transportation required
• NMLS Certification required or ability to obtain upon hire

Responsabilités

• Builds a motivated and high performing branch team through recruitment, training and development of staff.
• Provides services to customers, including opening accounts and loan applications, with referrals as needed.
• Leads sales coaching and participates in branch sales activities to achieve goals.
• Represents the bank in the community and leads involvement in civic organizations.
• Maintains integrity and compliance within the branch per audit and operations policies.
• Decides loans and resolves customer complaints within established guidelines.
