NBT Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee a Tier II/Tier III branch in New York. You will lead, coach and develop the branch team to achieve sales objectives and deliver a high-quality customer banking experience.

You will drive outside business development, ensure profitability, and represent the bank in the local community, while complying with all policies and procedures. A 4-year degree and sales leadership experience are required.

• Proficient PC skills in a Windows environment.

Responsabilités

• Builds a motivated, high performing branch team through recruitment, training and development of staff; conducts annual reviews and salary recommendations.
• Provides services to customers including opening accounts and taking loan applications.
• Represents the bank in the community and leads civic engagement.
• Maintains branch integrity and compliance with policies.
