NBT is seeking a Branch Leader in New York to oversee a Tier II or Tier III branch. You will model exceptional customer service while promoting and selling bank products aligned with customer needs, and lead a team to achieve sales objectives and profitable operation.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, conducting annual reviews, opening accounts, taking loan applications, and representing the bank in the community. Requires travel <50% and a valid driver's license. NMLS certification is required or can be obtained upon hire.

Qualifikationen

• 4 year college degree or equivalent retail, retail banking, or financial services experience.
• Prior sales management experience required.
• Business development & outside business sales experience required.

• 40% - Builds a motivated and high performing branch team through recruitment, training and development; conducts annual reviews and salary recommendations.
• 30% - Provides services to customers: opening accounts, taking loan applications and referrals to service partners.
• 10% - Represents the bank in the community and leads civic and community involvement.
• 5% - Maintains branch integrity and compliance with audit and operations policies.
• 10% - Makes lending decisions and handles customer complaint resolution within guidelines.
• 5% - Other duties as assigned.
