Ascend Staffing is seeking a Branch Manager in Kingman, AZ with at least 1 year of management experience. Train and lead recruiters, manage client relationships, and drive growth in the local market.

You will oversee daily branch operations, ensure top-notch staffing services, and help expand our agency in the Kingman area. The role requires on-site attendance, strong communication skills, and the ability to create branch reports while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong knowledge of retail and/or wholesale principles.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
• Exceptional verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
• Experience leading a small team and reliable on-site attendance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch and manage staff.
