Job summary

Surge Staffing is seeking a Branch Manager in Tempe, AZ to drive growth and profitability within a geographic area. You will lead client acquisition, sales strategies, and branch operations to meet sales and performance goals.

You’ll identify new clients, develop effective sales plans, and ensure operational excellence across your branch team, while traveling locally as needed to serve clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven outside sales experience.
• Experience in staffing, human resources, or business services is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and online tools.
• Ability to multitask and travel locally to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for new and existing accounts.
• Identify prospects and win new business.
• Conduct independent and joint sales calls with branch and management teams.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Represent Surge Staffing at local networking events to strengthen community presence.
