Ascend Staffing is seeking a Branch Manager in Lancaster, TX to oversee daily branch operations, lead recruiters, manage client relationships, and drive growth. The role requires at least 1 year of management experience and strong CRM/Office skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management experience
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
• Strong knowledge of retail/wholesale principles and techniques
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
• Experience leading a small team and CRM usage
• Regular and reliable on-site attendance required

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and recruit/place temporary staff
• Manage branch staff to meet goals, procedures, and performance metrics
• Create Branch Financial reports
• Ensure superior customer service to clients
• Meet sales goals and drive market and revenue growth
• Maintain relationships with clients and conduct quarterly business reviews
• Facilitate smooth client transitions from sales to branch team
