Job summary

West Coast Community Bank is seeking a Branch Manager for our San Mateo location to lead daily operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional client service in a high-volume environment.

You will drive KPI achievement, promote bank products, manage risk controls, and engage with the local community. A.A in Business Administration/Finance or equivalent, plus 5-7 years in branch operations and 2-3 years supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• A.A in Business Administration/Finance or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years branch operations experience in a banking environment.
• 2-3 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the Bank’s Client Service Standards and support the Bank’s Core Values by their actions.
• Demonstrate leadership and develop direct reports through training and coaching.
• Set a positive leadership example and maintain high work ethics and attendance.
• Oversee branch operations, risk controls and compliance with policy.
• Promote and refer bank products to clients and support onboarding of new accounts.
• Lead staff meetings and annual KPI/goal setting with performance reviews.
• Participate in community events on behalf of the bank.
