Chase is seeking a Branch Manager in California to lead daily operations, grow deposits and investments, and coach a high-performing team. You will prioritize client experience and uphold the brand's hospitality.

This role requires weekend/evening hours, strong leadership, risk awareness, and adaptability in a fast-paced banking environment with formal training through our Branch Manager program.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

• Deliver on branch goals by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to grow deposits and investments.
