The role requires 2+ years of branch leadership in retail banking, flexibility for weekend/evening hours, and a strong focus on risk, controls, and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of developing staff.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Experience creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment.
